Superparamagnetic silica nano magnetic beads were prepared by improving and modifying the surface of superparamagnetic nanoparticles. The magnetic beads can specifically recognize and efficiently bind with nucleic acid molecules at the micro interface. Under the action of guanidine salt (guanidine hydrochloride, guanidine isothiocyanate, etc.) and external magnetic field, DNA can be separated from blood samples, which can be used in clinical disease diagnosis, molecular biology research and other fields.
This product is a kit for rapid extraction of whole blood genomic DNA. The extracted DNA can be directly used in downstream PCR, qRT-PCR, sequencing library construction and other nucleic acid detection experiments.
· Application: in nucleic acid detection experiments such as PCR, qRT-PCR and Sequencing Library construction;
· Sample type: fresh or frozen whole blood sample;
· Initial sample volume: 200μL whole blood samples;
· DNA yield: the total amount of DNA shall not be less than 500ng;
· The required instruments can be suitable for centrifuges with 2 ml centrifuge tubes (the number of revolutions can reach more than 10000 rpm);
· Magnetic frame, vibration mixer, low-speed centrifuge, automatic nucleic acid extractor;
· Reagents required: isopropanol (AR grade), absolute ethanol (AR grade);
· Consumables required: 1.5/2ml centrifugal tube
